Ingredients

12 large eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Wurzpott Sweet Paprika

1 tablespoon Wurzpott Smoky Paprika

Salt, to taste

Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
Place the eggs in a large saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the heat and place them in a bowl of iced water to cool. Once cool, gently peel the eggs.
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a separate bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Wurzpott Smoky Paprika, Wurzpott Sweet Paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spoon the yolk mixture into the empty egg whites. Garnish with additional Wurzpott Smoky Paprika or Wurzpott Sweet Paprika.
